![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I wouldn't expect you to make an earthbound custom texture for everything, but I wonder if that's what you intend in the future, as it would obviously elevate it even further. As for map 1, I was actually surprised that it used a lot of vanilla doom textures, I guess the tutorial made me expect it to be all custom but considering how big the level is, I think it's still great. There are a lot of pickups around for health/PSI which is great. As for some constructive criticism, the text does scroll a bit too quickly, I guess you can read it fast but I couldn't read it fast enough in the video a lot of the time, for cutscenes especially. I think you translated a lot of things over to doom well, the hud, the abilities and combat and such. So there will be a lot of feedback in the video obviously, but I figured I would give you some headlines here. UDMF Map Format (I am legally required to mention this, according to my lawyers)Īlternate routes in each level with secret encounters! Jumping, looking, and all that fancy stuff for those who love modern source ports! Two player classes to try the game with - Lucas and Ness!Ĭustom-made PSI abilities with different attributes depending on your class!Ī massive number of enemies to battle against - from stinky ghosts to piggy guys to cosmic menaces to animalistic abominations!Īn inventory system! Bombs, buffing sprays, and bananas are just a few of the extra weapons you can use! Two massive levels, hub world, bonus level, plus optional tutorial (with even more on the way!) Introducing MOTHERLOAD, a Total Conversion of DOOM 2 taking aspects from the Mother/Earthbound series of games. If these tools just aren't enough, your best bet is to connect with other players through these groups. To celebrate the occasion, I have created a mod for DOOM 2 that turns the base game into what can only be described as an "Earthbound-inspired indie FPS". These groups often have active Facebook Messengers Groups and Discord Chats, where you can connect with other local players who share locations of rare Pokémon spawns, Raids, coveted Research tasks, and more. Many social platforms, such as Facebook and Reddit, run local Pokémon Go communities. Namely, the best thing you can do for real-time information on Pokémon Go is to connect with other local players. While there will never be the number or quality of tools for Pokémon Go players as existed in its early days, there are still other options. Maybe, for some reason or another, these tools just aren't cutting it for you. It's easy to see why they are the go-to authority on all things Pokémon Go. Their site offers more information on Pokémon Go than any other I've ever found, and the people running it from all around the world are some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated players in the game. Plus, there's an unofficial League Map that provides locations for real-world meet-ups of all varieties. In addition to their comprehensive Pokédex and countless guides on Pokémon Go, they have a map that has all the Nest locations with both confirmed and rumored Nest spawns. Saving the best for last, The Silph Road has remained the biggest and best-organized site for Pokémon Go players to collaborate. ![]()
